Decent space for the price, nothing amazing or any views. Perfect for those with long layovers and donʻt need to explore the area or leave for other dining options, In-house restaurant and bar was okay, but the food is nothing amazing. I didnʻt have towels, remote control, and my black out curtains werenʻt flush close to the window so there was a gap in the middle and on the side, that anyone walking outside to the pool can see inside my room. I had to walk several times to the desk to ask for missing items individually. Staff could be friendlier and more attentive, but overall okay.

Liked the room. Was so convenient, close to the airport. Staff was so welcoming and fast to react to accommodate us when we need things like clean towels because we stayed for 4nights. Didn’t give full 5 star because we could smell cigarette smoke from our room upstairs by the back balcony and also the balcony isn’t closed on the sides for privacy. We opened the door to the balcony and we can see our other ppl next door with no closed wall. Completely see through. Other than that we liked it!

The rooms were great.If you're booking here don't expect a 5 star resort type of room but the Rooms were ok but the staff made it super easy from checking inn,during our stay and checking out.Ordering food:wait time was a bit longer than usual and a little pricey but again it was ok and again staff were very accomadating.Also you would have to wave down a worker if you wanted to order something as sometimes the staff don't know you sitting in eating area.But I will say again the staff and our stay were nothing short of amazing.We had kids and had 2 suites and the staff made Everything super easy and fun.I would definitely book here again.I can't wait to see how the hotel will look in the next few years.Locating is super convenient closer to namaka and also airport.Thank you Ace hotel and until the next time.

Room was clean staff were very good. Restaurant poor quality I would find somewhere else to eat. I wanted to do a late checkout but you pay $F20per hour. And after 4.00pm you pay full room rate. The manager Shreen needs to get out from behind her computer screen and talk to customers.

Very basic but comfortable accomodation overall. Ideal for overnight/2-day stays. Staff were very lovely, kind and helpful. I ordered the chicken stir fry from the restaurant and it was tasty, but not worth $18 in my opinion. All in all, an enjoyable stay.
