When there was a problem with the TV, in the room, the staff did their utmost to repair it. When they realised they would have to call someone in, to solve the problem, they immediately arranged a move to a much larger room and helped transfer clothing/other possessions. They were like...

"A lovely family run hotel with attention to detail and great service. Great location, with a super pool (great for kids). Beautiful views across the hillsides. Breakfast was delicious and very fresh. Friday night BBQ and live music was a lovely experience. We visited a local Thai restaurant on Friday evening, as recommended by the hotel - they weren’t wrong. It was really tasty and the service excellent. All in all would highly recommend and would love to return to Hotel L’Abbaye!"
