The young lady on reception went out of her way to help me get a meal as the nearby restaurant was closed and there was nowhere nearby that I could reach on foot. We conquered the language barrier and I was able to have a meal delivered. Excellent service.

Ok and functional

Very functional and just a stop-off for those travelling up and down the A20. Restaurant next door was helpful. The room was ok but the matress too big for its bade so I fell off the side of it. Unimpressed but not hurt!

An unusual way of booking breakfast

The email I received confirming my booking did not include a booking reference number - which was need to gain entry. However, the lady who answered when I called using the intercom was very helpful and supplied the number. I then used the system to order two breakfasts for the following morning. However, next morning, it transpired neither my name nor that of my companion appeared on the list of guests who had paid for breakfast. When I checked my printed receipt I saw that it credited me with having paid not for two breakfasts, but for "two animals". - which was not what I had ordered. However, once again the member of staff was very helpful and we quickly and amicably came to an understanding.

Good for very short trip

They cleaned every day which was wonderful. However, the room is not warm or welcoming, so best used for a short trip. Coffee machine in the lobby served really bad coffee but the aircon worked well.

Adequate one night stay but too little refinement, poor choice at breakfast since hot food had run out and very little fruit. Further no hair dryer in rooms.

Average and not worth the expense

There isn’t any service after a certain time. Check in is automatic. Our room was ok. Very little toilet paper, towels are extremely old and rough. The shower was leaking when off. The beds we had felt like stone. The breakfast was decent.

I arrived at 20.55, not realising there would be no staff at the hotel at all ! So an unnecessarily complicated system of entry. And no bar. I wish I’d paid a but more for one of its rivals.

Nichts besonderes, okay für die Durchreise. Check-In am Automaten finde ich persönlich immer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (besonders wenn man erst danach auf den Parkplatz kommt). Ansonsten okay.

Digicode de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas…. Après une dizaine d’essais cela à fonctionné…. Pas rassurant. Une seule serviette ds la chambre. Par bonheur il y avait, à la réception, un homme très aimable qui est allé nous chercher une autre serviette. Idem le lendemain,la porte ne s’ouvrait pas, une jeune femme charmante est montée pour nous aider à l’ ouvrir .

Le personnel est toujours aussi efficace et attentif. Par contre, le matériel ne suit pas! Il y a eu des difficultés très nouvelles: depuis le temps que nous fréquentons les B&B, nous n'avions jamais eu autant de mal à obtenir le n° de la chambre et le code d'entrée - nous avons fini par avoir un code mais sans n° de chambre et nous avons dû téléphoner! pas de ticket non plus et une taxe de séjour à payer avant d'obtenir quoi que ce soit. Jusqu'à présent, nous n'avions jamais rencontré de tels problèmes avec nos arrivées tardives... sans oublier une climatisation/chauffage asthmatique toute la nuit!!! J'espère que vous aurez réussi à remettre votre matériel en mode efficace
