"It was a beautiful resort but you definitely have to walk far. I wish there were carts to drive you back and forth as we were the farthest building from the food and to take our luggage was a little hard"

The food was just okay, there were a few items on the menu that was really great, just a few. It’s disheartening that you pay for all inclusive and then have to pay for lobster or other cuts of beef. There were things advertised for that were not available like all day coffee and tea; room service; inability to bill your room for food in the restaurant. The gift shops were great. The room could have been better. There was no microwave nor an amoir to hang coats and put away clothes. Rewards amount wasn't given or clear.
