No way is this an 8 star hotel. Maybe 6. They don't make the beds or change the towels. One bed had a comforter and one didnt.

Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark
Our room wasn’t ready at check in time, room floors were very dirty, bathroom was extremely small, walkways to rooms outside were very dirty with garbage and some food in the same location not cleaned up for 3 days. Pools has sand and debris floating in them.
