property was what i expect at this location i've stayed here several times it leaves a lot to be desired but comparing it to nearby competition it is the best alternative there is one property much better but price is also nearly double too. The staff has been outstanding for the last few months!

Came to stay overnight after watching an evening Braves game. The staff was extremely informative and helpful at the front desk from the time we checked in until we checked out, Location was within walking distance to the game, so in reality the location saved us our parking fee at the ball game which some lots charged 40 or more dollars for, the room was extremely clean and had no odors. Parking was monitored so guests only were parked on site, everything about this stay exceeded our standards to include the FREE breakfast the next morning.

Not a great family environment. The staff was not very helpful, we only had two towels in our room with 2 adults and 2 kids, when I asked for more towels they said they would have someone bring them by, they did not. My child also locked us out of the bedroom and when I went to the front desk he seemed unwilling to help, he came up to the room and seemed very annoyed that it had been locked. I would not recommend this hotel, especially with young children. It was not safe and the area behind the hotel is very unkept.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I had a microwave that didn’t work and when I reported it to the front desk they said someone was coming to fix it. That never happened. The staff was a hit or miss just depending on whom was there. The breakfast wasn’t great for me. The only thing hot there was the waffles. And since I don’t eat waffles, it wasn’t a hit for me. The parking was great though. So in the overall, I will have to give this three stars.

Hotel is in need of an overhaul. Rusty doors on many rooms. Our room was not cleaned properly. Tub and soap dishes had scum, dirty towel left over shower curtain rack, saw and killed 2 roaches. Only one staff was nice and helpful, the lady who came into lobby at 7 am. She was the only person who was pleasant to us and helpful. Expected more from a Quality Inn hotel

The room was clean, but our toilet wouldn’t flush half the time. Our shower stopped working on our last night of our stay. It kept going in and out. The TV had white dots all over the screen. Pool had a spray painted sign that said “STAY OUT”. Bed was uncomfortable. In a good location close to all the places we were visiting. Food delivery available. Staff was nice and offered to move us to different room, but it was the last night of our stay so we didn’t find it necessary to move rooms.

Possibly writing this with higher quality expectations…. Because I didn’t realize this hotel had exterior doors instead of interior. But motel 6 next door looked better. This may be personal preference specifically but I would never stay in a quality inn again. I felt unsafe, felt uncomfortable. I did not like the virtual check in. I did not prefer the breakfast either. We pay a lot of money for less than 24 hour stay and the quality of the food served was poor. We have a 15 day vacation and this was the worst hotel we stayed in our on roadtrip. Shame on me for not doing more research. Maybe this is good for a quick night at a hotel - just very basic.. too basic really. Might be good for some. Would expect more for the money!
