"I enjoy the veiw..The rooms was nice & clean! The only down side was there were alot of kids that were unattended to running around the pool area."

We paid about $340 for two nights, and when we checked into our room, there was already a commercial drying fan running with towels placed under the air conditioner because it was leaking. The carpet remained wet throughout our stay, making the room uncomfortable. The room also showed multiple signs of poor maintenance, including dirty windows, water-stained ceilings, rust on the lamp base, worn furniture, stains, and other cleanliness issues. "We had a wonderful vacation overall and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious enough for our group of eight (my mom, my three children, my two nieces, and me). It was definitely crowded, but we made it work. Having a kitchenette was a huge plus and made meals much easier during the week. There were a few issues during our stay, though. We found two roaches in the condo. I’m not sure if the property had recently been treated, as we were told they may have sprayed, but it was still...

"Sheets were dirty,seen couple of roaches,didn’t have sufficient cookware. Bed was terrible because of big dip in middle of mattress. Couldn’t use oven because wasn’t any pans or pots to cook with only two small pots and two small frying pan, one big frying pan, plus oven door wouldn’t stay closed. So was no need to cook in the oven. WiFi was terrible. Wall sockets in big bedroom didn’t work where the lamps were. Only top half of the socket work. I wouldn’t stay here again. "The room was amazing, and the staff was above and beyond when it came to accommodating me ( with a service animal) and my husband ( who is in a power wheelchair) and making our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Thanks goes out to the bell staff for being awesome!!"

"Great beach view! Pillows in 2nd room were very flat and no extra pillows. There was a stench when we first walked in and we got some spray at the store that eventually got to smelling better."
