"I do not know anything about that hotel. It was booked on the wrong date and I asked for it to be canceled and you never did so. I did not ask for the date that you booked it because my family would have been leaving that day"

"The beach view and Kirstin at the Tiki Bar were the best parts of the property. The halls dark and lights in hall covered with cob webs, the paint peeling off ceiling in bedroom and bathroom.
