"Room was spacious enough and had the amenities you'd need. There are steps in front of the hotel so it made it difficult to carry heavy luggages. The two staff members who sat by the entrance door were very helpful and kind to carry the lugagge for us. Room service was provided daily, if you wanted. If you opted out of room service, the kind ladies still left the free daily water and towels by the door. The offer luggage storage before check in and after check out. The only negative was just the heater. We went during winter so it was cold in the room. The heater took a few hours to heat up when we turned it on ourselves but when the front desk turned it on for us, it warmed up automatically, which was odd. "
