On reporting it to reception my wife received a brash response of "how can you report this 5 minutes before my shift is finishing - I do not have time to call an electrician". We asked for a new room, but were told that all were occupied only to be handed a key at 7.30 the next morning for us to move into a perfectly clean unoccupied room by the lady on duty."
