"Wow! This property is a gem! The staff is friendly, accommodating, and wonderful with communication. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with great coffee and many options including pastries,eggs, yogurt and fruit. The hotel is located in a congested area with limited vehicle accessibility but staff helped us with our arrival. "We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. "We were picked up at the airport by a wonderful driver, Alex, who offered ideas for places to eat and what to eat. We did as he suggested. Arianna, the host of the hotel, met us and showed us to our spacious, newly renovated room. Fortunately there’s an elevator to accommodate large bags. Napoli is a busy, noisy city, yet our room was calming and quiet. Good stay! "

"Amazing roof top terrace with view of Vesuvius. Room was very clean. Towels could have been fluffier, but I’m just being picky. Bed was comfortable. The common living space was decorated with so much wonderful art from local artists. Breakfast was fresh, homemade and wonderful. Staff was fantastically helpful and lovely to interact with.
