We were greeted by a lovely young woman who took care of our check in, luggage, parking, ice and insured that i woul be comfortable and well taken care of. "Loved everything. The breakfast is a must. The staff are sweet. The location is absolutely perfect and the rooms are very nice.
The one issue is the music in the courtyard restaurant and bar, which gets louder on Friday and Saturday night. The windows block the noise very well, so on weeknights it wasn't an issue. But Friday and Saturday they turned it up further and it interfered with our sleep. It is a pity that a 5 star hotel prioritizes the weekend fun for locals over paying travelers...
"This is my second time staying at this property and I love it. Quick walk to Gamla Stan and right across from the Central Station. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast has a wide variety of delicious food, and the roof top bar has a nice view and heaters. "
