"Stayed here during my solo trip to Toronto and had a good experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and did what I needed it to do for the trip. The staff was helpful and responsive, and I appreciated being able to store my luggage before check-in. The location was also convenient for getting around the city and exploring nearby areas. A solid option if you want something simple, affordable, and well-located."

"The Fairmont is typically a great stay, however, this time there was no hot water in the morning at 6 am in my room. It was odd. The water from the toilet after flushing was really hot and the shower was cold. Called front desk to let them know. Not sure what happened- maybe it was the ghosts of the hotel having fun. Staff and amenities are always incredible!"
