"Much nicer in the photos, my room was not cleaned well (especially the shower), hair on the sheets, floors were not cleaned. The outdoor seating cushions are also pretty worn down, not a big deal but still worth mentioning. Staff was friendly and was in a good location."

"The owner and staff were super helpful. AMA inv restaurant. Great view. Spacious and very quiet room. 2 Albanian boys who grew up in Italy opened this hotel a year ago. Very hopeful and high potential but seems like still trying to figure out. So customer must be patient. No phone in the room. Some inconvenience No facial tissues. guests must message the owner on WhatsApp for any requests. The toilet seat cover didn’t stay up. Shower drain was slow but the owner fixed it immediately. The major problem is the location. On Expedia, hotel is located in town and described only 2 min from town center but it’s actually located at the top of the hill which takes nearly 40 min climbing on the foot or 15 min by taxi which is about $20. So you need a car or money for the taxi to stay here. Plus. No restaurants or stores near by. I complained to Expedia for the incorrect information which incurred major unexpected expenses on the transportation. Also. The whole town loses the electricity daily often. When it happens, no water either. The country is just started developing. So I would recommend to wait 10 years before visiting."

"One of the loveliest places we have ever visited. Impeccably clean and spacious rooms, comfortable and soft beds. Amazing balcony with an unreal view. The restaurant is super modern and beautiful with an amazing sea view. The food is also so high end and delicious in the restaurant. The beach and deck overlooks an amazing sea Mountain View. Super helpful and sweet staff, unmatched hospitality and 24/7 desk. They are flexible and kind, giving the best recommendations for things to do in the area. Walking distance to the main promenade. Fantastic value for money and couldn’t recommend enough!!"

"Beautiful hotel and my room was 99% perfect. I had read a few reviews that their AC hadn’t worked - mine didn’t either. Truly the only thing amiss is the AC, everything else was terrific. The view from the room is gorgeous and the promenade started across the street. My tours picked me up at the hotel because of its easy location. Grocery store next door, restaurants everywhere. The staff, amazing. If you take the bus back to Tirana, the front desk will call to reserve you a seat - which my bus was 100% full, was so happy they had done that for me!"

"Lovely room with balcony. Perfect location, walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and transportation. Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was a Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was a great plus. Only downside was temporary construction work being done on the upper levels, which was quite noisy during the day. Sara at the front desk was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and make my stay in Sarande memorable. "

"Cozy and very central hotel, right in the center of Saranda and very close to the bus station. The owner was absolutely wonderful, he took us to the bus station in his car because it was 6am and it was raining. He made a huge difference. We recommend this hotel!"
