But the room was a bit cold and we had to ask the front desk for heating several times. Heating is controlled by the front desk, and it is turned on for an hour or so only. Since it was still cold at night, wish they left it turned on during the night."

"Our bad luck had us arriving at the time that tge staff were accommodating the passengers from a cancelled flight, so we had a very long wait to get to our room. Could the staff have called “Guests not from flightXXX, please line up on the left.” and checked in people with reservations? Maybe, but that might have generated bad feelings among the ad hoc guests. "
