"What a wonderful experience in Arles. Wonderful boutique hotel and a fabulous staff. Our travel partners had their luggage lost by the airline and they did all they could to get it delivered. Our flight was delayed over a day and they kept the light on for us. The attached bar and restaurant are lovely and breakfast is all you need."

"We were pleasantly surprised to find we could do laundry for free there!! Instructions were clear. Bed comfortable. Cooking ability basic. Wi-Fi bumped us out a few times. Lovely bath. Plenty of light. Big apartment. Recommend getting a courtyard room if you want absolute quiet. Otherwise, we looked out over the street. Lots of light through big windows. Great location in old town close to river and food stores. "

Par contre je suis un peu déçue de la prestation d'Expedia, j'avais réservé à l'avance le petit déjeuner mais le personnel de l'hôtel n'a pas reçu cette information. De plus, j'ai eu un supplément qu'ils ne m'avaient pas calculé, correspondant aux taxes de séjour de mes filles. Seule la mienne a été comptabilisée dans le calcul d'Expedia, j'ai dû payer 8 euros...

"The bed was not comfortable, it felt like a futon. The room was very clean and otherwise comfortable. Nice shower. Checkin time was posted at 2:00 but our room was not ready until 2:30. No explanation was given for the delay. The desk representative asked me if I paid for breakfast (I did) but it took her a long time to verify that. At about 3:00AM we were woken by a fire alarm! It took a minute or two to hear because of was wearing earplugs (had to keep the window open because it was warm and...

"The hotel / room / bedding and property were clean. The staff were cheerful, polite and helpful. There was a bit of noise due to a group of chaperoned teenagers staying on the same floor... Loud talking / laughing / running in the hallway, door slamming, etc. The pool was open, and i was told that the restaurant was closed for meals other than breakfast."

"Well, you get what you paid for, super cheap, so no amenities whatsover, freaky place, super small, but relatively clean, the staff was very good. I would not stay again but that's just b/c my personal preferance. For people on tight budget, it's a nice place."
