Nice little hotel in downtown Arles

Located in a nice place close walking distance to restaurants and other shops, grocery etc. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. They offer off street parking too which is nice.

Very conveniently located. Nice staff. Once more the duvets are too warm; a top sheet would be nice. If you open the windows your head is cold but your body is overheated under the duvet. This was the experience of both people.

The room was not fancy but it was clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the tree-lined street in front of the hotel. The staff could accommodate an extra couple of pillows (I’m recuperating from surgery and need extra propping up for sleeping) and they were happy to help as they could. The bathroom and toilet room are connected by a ceiling opening, so whenever we opened one door, the other one slammed open or shut. And the shower was so open that we couldn’t prevent a full flood onto the bathroom floor whenever we took a shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us good sightseeing advice and overall being more friendly and welcoming than we’d had in some other hotels. The breakfast was great and at a good price point. I was traveling with a 13 year-old, which counted for a child’s price (in some other hotels we had to pay the adult price despite my kid definitely having a smaller kid-size appetite). The location of this hotel is also a great advantage. It’s not in the middle of the old town, but on the edge, so it was not overrun with tourists. It was quiet even though it is on a fairly busy street. There are a lot of restaurant choices nearby, a pharmacy and small grocer within a block away, and the hotel is situated close to some main bus routes. It was very convenient to the train station as well. I’d definitely stay here again.

Wir haben für eine Nacht auf unserer Radtour im Cheval Blanc übernachtet und haben nichts zu beanstanden. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, saubere Zimmer und die Lage ist auch top. Es war lediglich etwas hellhörig (über uns waren anscheinend sehr laute Menschen, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts). Außerdem war es das einzige Mal auf unserer Radreise, dass wir dafür bezahlen mussten, unsere Räder in der Garage abstellen zu dürfen (5€ pro Rad), obwohl wir sie dort nicht einmal an etwas anschließen konnten.

早い時間はフロントに人がいなかったですが、なんとか荷物を預かってもらえて助かりました。 チェックインなどはスムーズでした。 部屋も清潔で良かったです。日本人には照明が暗く感じるかもしれませんが、快適ではありました。

Hôtel propre, lit confortable mais petit déjeuner très cher pour la prestation offerte. Notre TV ne fonctionnait pas : aucun signal vidéo. Malgré l'avoir signalé après la première nuit, la TV ne fonctionnait pas mieux le deuxième soir. Donc pas de TV durant tout le séjour. Une réceptionniste était très débutante et ne savait répondre que "je ne sais pas".
