"Aziz was a pleasure as was every other member of staff we encountered. The hotel is very nice. Clean. Quiet. Relaxing. If I ever visit again, I’ll be sure to book a reservation at the Michelin Star restaurant on the premises. Which nobody ever mentioned. That’s how classy everyone was. No pretense. No ego. Just a nice place staffed by genuine and good people."

"The room was clean. I would have appreciated additional pillows (one flat pillow per person was provided). We had a junior bed, but there was no top sheet or cover only a throw/blanket but the room was too warm for a blanket. The room took an exceptionally long time to cool down. The bathroom was large and the water in the shower was hot. We found street parking close to the hotel which was a plus."

"Large comfortable rooms but this is not a holiday hotel. Very definitely a business place which would be good for a night near Lamezia Terme airport if required. Easy to get to and well located with a nice clean pool, sadly next to busy roads. Breakfast more than adequate with hot and cold selection as well as fruit and cakes. Spa in basement offered additional recreational facilities as well as massages - for extra payment. Kindly allowed us to keep our room a couple of hours extra without...

Breakfast was better than most Italian hotels I've stayed in of similar rating amd reception staff very friendly. Hotel is a little isolated so you really have to have a car to stay there, but very happy with my stay and would happily stay again. "

Nous avions réservé une chambre quadruple six mois à l’avance, mais à notre arrivée on nous a installés dans une chambre triple avec une forte odeur de moisissure.
