The beds and linen were excellent! They provided ice cubes as requested. Breakfast was included and was excellent. It is difficult to find even with gps, but we preserved. Glad we did.

Only stayed for one night to make our departure home from Lamezia airport more convenient. The hotel staff were wonderful. All polite and accommodating. You can see the effort made to update the hotel’s bar and cafe area which have direct access to a great outdoor seating area. The rooms are no frills but are clean and functional and you will have a good nights sleep. We booked three rooms and were all satisfied. Air conditioning works great. Will stay here again on our next trip since it’s only 12 minutes drive from the airport.

The hotel is nice, but we got a top roof room without any air condition. We wanted to enjoy the hotel restaurant the service and food was very bad I dont suggest to visit it, the personell must be improved

Das Hotel ist höchsten ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Wir waren für eine Nacht vor Ort und dafür war es ok. Die Einrichtung war an vielen Orten defekt. Vorallem die Zimmer Tür lies sich nur mit Kraft schliessen und das Schloss war verzogen weshalb man es nicht ganz abschliessen konnte. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ab 6 Uhr offen. Da wir früh auschecken mussten waren wir bereits um 6 Uhr dort. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt und erst als wir gingen kamen noch Croissants. Die Rezeption war um 6 Uhr nicht besetzt obwohl in der Beschreibung steht dass 24h Rezeption vorhanden ist. Alles in allem hat der Preis für eine Nacht gestimmt und der Transfer zum Flughafen hat gut geklappt.

Bella esperienza. Personale super cortese e pronto a risolvere tutto i problemi. Ci hanno passato da una doppia a una tripla con un piccolo sovrapprezzo e ci hanno offerto dell'acqua minerale. La stanza era ampia e ben pulita ma il letto e i cuscini non erano molto comodi. Fantastico che ci hanno dato la possibilità di ricaricare la automobile. Qualità della colazione eccellente per noi italiani. Croissant buonissimi e anche il cappuccino molto buono.

All’arrivo in hotel mi forniscono una stanza che all’ingresso puzzava di varichina in modo insostenibile e non per la pulizia, ma semplicemente perché sui muri c’erano macchie di umidità che forse avevano ricoperto con prodotti chimici. Accendo il condizionatore che faceva un rumore terribile, insostenibile. Vado giù in reception ed il portiere sale con noi in stanza e immediatamente verifica lo stato della stanza (tralaltro vecchia negli arredi e sporca). Apre subito le finestre ammettendo lo stato invivibile della stanza. Tornando al suo posto il portiere mi dice che non ha altre stanze disponibili e che non hanno soluzioni e che il giorno dopo avrebbe chiesto al manager di provvedere al rimborso. Ho chiamato Expedia via chat che è intervenuta, ma dopo 4 giorni di inseguimento dove i manager dell’hotel evitavano di rispondere al telefono e alle mail di Expedia, ora dicono che il titolare dell’hotel avrebbe parlato con me spiegandomi che se avrei lasciato la stanza me l’avrebbero fatta comunque pagare. Una dichiarazione falsa anche perché non ho nessuna telefonata ricevuta dall’hotel e perché anche all’operatore di Expedia la sera stessa non lo ha mai dichiarato. A prescindere dai soldi che probabilmente perderò, consiglio chiunque a trovarsi altri hotel, se dovessero incorrere in situazioni come la mia, meglio chiamare subito i NAS. Non sono affidabili e l’hotel è in stato pietoso.

L'albergo dista dieci minuti di macchina da Gizzeria lido (spiaggia più vicina) ed in posizione comoda per visitare Lamezia e dintorni. Il mare è pulito, le spiagge (libere) vicine sono molto molto grandi e mai affollate. I plus dell'albergo sono sicuramente la colazione nella pasticceria annessa per chi ama i dolci (di salato c'è solo cotto e formaggio per fare toast). C'è un buffet con 2/3 torte, fette di panettone farcito in vari modi (specialità della pasticceria) e cornetti immensi farciti a piacimento. I gelati e le granite sono squisite ma hanno un costo extra. Il servizio a colazione è a volte un po' lento in quanto la pasticceria serve anche i tanti avventori esterni. Altro plus per me è stato il servizio di ricarica gratuito per auto elettriche che mi ha permesso di girare quasi Senza costi. La camera tripla non è molto ampia e (la nostra mancava di balcone) ma è pulita, ha una doccia molto grande e una bella TV. Per gli sportivi fissati come me, segnalo a 50 metri una piccola palestra (gestione non afferente all'albergo) con ingresso giornaliero a 5 euro e soprattutto un super professionale e attento gestore (Giuseppe).

Besök i Lamezia Terme Sambiase

Övernattning för att sedan "tåga" till Rom för julfirande. Hotellvaler blev "fel" då Lamezia Terme förekommer för tre stadsdelar. Skulle valt Lamezia Terme Centrale. Nu blev det ganska "rätt" iaf. Hotellet charmigt acceptabelt, men lite lyhört och med spartansk frukost. "Vinsten" var fantastisk middag med havsfrukter och husets Panettonia med fantastiska konditorier.
