"Most beautiful property! Staff was incredible, kind and helpful. We ate at the restaurant both nights and it was delicious. Wait staff was the best! The owner even gave us rides back to our room. "The property is very quiet and great for a relaxing experience to rest. The staff is very helpful , especially with organizing transportation as the hotel is not in the centre of Siena and it is sometimes difficult to find a local taxi. The breakfast buffet had one of the best varieties I’ve seen during my trip where I stayed at 5 different hotels over 2 weeks. My only criticism is that the key ring for the room key is very big and heavy and not easy to carry around. I would suggest investing in smaller/ lighter ones"
