Not recommended untidy but location wise fine

Location is near to hbf and stadt but the street is very noisy specially in nights. The hotel is fine for one night stay but not recommend if someone is coming on vacation and would like to book it for comfort and fun. Major drawback- dirty bathrooms, shower not working and untidy bedsheets. I cannot recommend you this hotel.

Anscheinend gab es ein technisches Problem mit der Karte. Auf Nachfrage ob das Zimmer noch reserviert ist, wurde dies zwar bejaht, aber es gäbe einen technischen Defekt im Zimmer. Deswegen würde das Zimmer bei Verwendung 10€ günstiger werden. Die Gegend ist leider sehr heruntergekommen, laut, dreckig. Parkplätze gibt es nur im näheren gelegenen Parkhaus. Schlussendlich bin ich froh, dass bei der Buchung etwas schief gegangen ist. Ich würde dort nicht mehr buchen.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage im Zentrum zum Frühstücken und Erkunden. Man merkt dem Hotel an, dass es an einigen Stellen etwas abgewohnt ist. Für den Preis ist das aber absolut in Ordnung. Klare Empfehlung zur Übernachtung ohne Frühstück. Optisch das mit Abstand ansprechendste Hotel in dieser Preisklasse und Toplage, preislich gut. Wir würden hier wieder buchen. :)

Muito bom!

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa. É novo, quartos ótimos, atendimento muito bom! Não tenho do que reclamar! Vale a pena! Localização muito boa. A região é meio esquisita, mas é assim em toda cidade pelo o que reparei.. então ok! Não tem café da manhã... único ponto ruim, mas nada que deixaria que eu escolhesse esse novamente. Única coisa que no primeiro dia, assim que chegamos no quarto e fomos descansar, de repente alguém abriu nossa porta... não conseguimos ver se era funcionário ou hóspede. Ficou um ponto de interrogação. Então a partir disso, colocávamos uma cadeira na porta pois ficamos com um pé atrás... mas acho que foi um engano da funcionária, sei lá... tínhamos chego há minutos. Mas do resto, o hotel é excelente. Tudo novo! Voltaria!

This hotel is okay. If you are looking for something cheap for a night, you'll get a comofortable bed with a shower and clean towels, but not much else. The walls, toilet, and doors were in really poor shape. The outlets by the bed didn't work, but we were able to find some throughout the room that did. The wifi was spotty at best, but it often took over 5 minutes to get connected to it, if it worked at all.

Es gab einige Mängel im Badezimmer wie eine abgerissene Toilettenbürste, eine Duschtür, die nicht zu geht, unpraktische Seifenspender. Mängel, die leicht zu beseitigen sind. Das Frühstück war im Hinblick, was möglich gewesen wäre, unzufrieden stellend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

My stay at this hotel was not what I expected the bathroom and shower was in the same room as bedroom there was no privacy atall. I was expecting a bath in my room but only had a shower. There was single beds in the room which I was expecting a double for me an d my partner the pillow where the worst things I’ve put my head on also could not sleep during the nights due to traffic on the roads and fireworks going off. All the hotel staff are charging us all different a prices for alcohol drinks and soft drinks. For a bottle of soft drink was €3.50 which was over priced. Rooms were constantly to hot as the central heating didn’t seem to turn down. Will never stay at this property again glad to be back in the UK

口コミの評価が高かった為宿泊予約をしました。ミュンヘン駅からも近く、駅で食べ物や飲み物を調達しやすい為便利でした。お部屋は写真通りの内装で、お風呂、洗面所とトイレがガラス張りなので気になる方はご注意を。お部屋に歯ブラシ等のアメニティはありません。ポットはフロントに借りれました。清潔感のある良いホテルでした！

See through toilet and bathroom

From the train station to the hotel, need to walk past a street that's quite rowdy. I have to speed up everytime when I walked past as I felt quite unsafe but for my 3 nights of stay, there was no disturbances and probably I was overly paranoid. But I strongly discourage unaccompanied female to stay in this area. Marienplatz is much more pleasant. Our first impression of the hotel was it is a love hotel. The toilet & bathroom are fully see through glass panel and bed height is lower than the standard bed. The breakfast was at the cafe next door ( out of hotel and walk to next unit ) you need to collect voucher at the hotel reception and present to the cafe. Overall, I don't like the hotel. But I must emphasize that the services staff in the hotel are excellent. The first room that we were given had non-working aircon. They promptly replaced us with another room. And the receptionist were extremely helpful and friendly. The services staff compensate the hotel shortfalls.

Location of this hotel is very good, center of the town is near, but there are many nightclubs and striptease clubs, so if you want to relax in your room you can do it after 5 o'clock morning. Also everyone is drinking in the street and at night streets are reduced. On the other side hotel is new and staff are very friendly.
