Unique Hotel for Exploring Around Munich

It was pretty clean most days. Sometimes they didn’t empty bathroom waste basket, clean toilet well and didn’t leave toilet paper or tissue when out. Beds were not comfortable. TV had limited channels and no ability to cast or stream. Desk people were very polite and helpful. The decor was unique. The burger restaurant was acceptable. Convenient to a regular bus route, small grocers and a couple restaurants. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Very nice and modern hotel

The NYX in Munich was excellent. Very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was a little out of the city but with an underground station close by it wasn’t difficult to travel there.

We stayed at NYX for three nights. Couldn't fault it. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was excellent, so many options. The restaurant which was described as "just burgers" was really good. Loads of choice including a whole page each for vegans and vegetarians. The room was clean and stylishly decorated. The decor in the whole hotel felt very cool and trendy. A great value option for visiting Munich.

Lovely with improvement opportunity

A lovely hotel! Great breakfast. No complimentary body lotion, conditioner in the room, which was a minus. Sauna and wellness area was not so relaxing, as staff kept walking in and out. Sauna was often off, and when asking staff to turn it on they couldn't help.

Quiet comfortable except the bed was a bit hard for my liking. Overhead cabinet in room above the mini fridge has a sharp corner. My partner managed to bang her head on it 3 times. Bad design.

Not central, will take about 20 minutes with public transportation to get to Marienplatz. Low maintained room, Arrogant Front Desk team. Poor breakfast for 20 Euro per person. Comfy bed, 'Shicky' vibes, next to supermarket
