Great room - spacious, clean with extremely comfortable beds. I particularly liked that the toilet had its own room! Staff were very friendly and they assisted my party on numerous occasions. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great choice of food and not at all hurried. Nice bar area with excellent staff. However it did not have a very wide range of spirits. I asked for 2 fairly common spirits and they had neither.

Staying at this property for two nights was just okay. The lobby and patio areas are nice, and the room itself is a good size. However, the bathroom is quite small, making it difficult for two people to use it comfortably at the same time. The gym is also extremely small - about the size of a guest room, and can realistically accommodate only three people at a time. Parking is first come, first served. Once the hotel parking lot is full, you have to park on the street, which can be challenging since finding a nearby spot is not always easy. When we arrived, our room was ready, but it did not seem to have been cleaned thoroughly. One of the towels had body hairs on it, the tissue box in the bathroom was empty, and the small makeup mirror in the bathroom was loose. We also found several nails on the floor, which was concerning. The location is another downside. It is not particularly convenient for getting to the city center, and the commute takes some time. Last year, we stayed at the Leonardo Hotel near Olympiapark, and the experience there was outstanding. Unfortunately, this property did not meet the same standard. Overall, I would say this hotel is fine for a one or two night stay if you specifically want to stay in this part of the city, but there are definitely areas where the property could improve, particularly cleanliness, maintenance and parking.

This property is relatively well maintained, but amenities could be a bit better. In the suite there were no mugs (just small coffee cups), no kettle (so no tea), no cutlery and no iron, but there was a stovetop and a microwave, therefore it felt a bit odd, although some cupboards in the kitchen were locked, so who knows if those things were just locked away. Hair drier could do with an upgrade as well. But overall suite was spacious and clean. One downside, they have pushed two beds together, instead of it being a double bed and in the middle of the night one of the beds started drifting away, which was kind of funny, but a bit strange and not what you would expect. Staff was friendly, restaurant is fabulous, breakfast a bit average and location is OK, 14 min walk from U/S bahn or you will need to use the bus or taxi to get there. So if you are looking for something in that area which is basic, it is a good find. Otherwise if you prefer something more elevated amenities wise, it might not be a good fit for you.

The hotel has classic air conditioning, a bar and restaurant on the lobby floor. Stayed here for three nights during the heat wave a true air conditioning was greatly appreciated. The meal we had at the restaurant was good and convenient after a long travel day.

Im großen und ganzen war das ein gutes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, lediglich könnte das Hotelzimmer in gewissen Punkten ein bisschen sauberer sein. Für einen Städtetrip allerdings zu empfehlen.

Ich steige dort gerne ab, weil das Frühstück so toll ist (Frisch gepressten Orangensaft, Honigwabe, Weißwurst mit Breze etc.) und die Duschen groß und ebenerdig sind.
