Location is excellent: close to the Trum and near the beautiful Olympic Park. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great too! Would love to stay there again.

The service was great. I accidentally booked three rooms in this hotel and one room at a sister hotel 5 miles away. The front desk took the time to shift my booking to the correct hotel and were amazing. The staff went way beyond my expectation during a busy Oktoberfest weekend.

Loved staying here for a concert at the stadium. But this would’ve been the best location if you’re a traveler who also needs to workout out. The park across the street and pool would be perfect for a triathlete. The trams are super amazing too

Definitely recommend!

Had a lovely time! It was my first trip to Germany and out first ever holiday together as a couple. The room was great, the staff were all really friendly and welcoming. We arrived slightly earlier than planned but the staff were happy to let us check in anyway which was a great bonus and also when it came to checking out again they were happy to accommodate us by letting us leave our bags with them until we needed to leave for the airport. The breakfast was brilliant! And really easy to navigate (especially as we didn’t initially book it with our stay). Would definitely recommend this place!

Fairly basic hotel, perfectly ok for 4 days. City centre about 10 minutes away by tram. Reception staff super friendly, good choice available for breakfast. Walking distance away for marathon start. Key cards had to be reset at the front desk multiple times because being near any sort of magnet deactivates them. The shower also unfortunately had an unpleasant smell. Otherwise the breakfast was a real highlight with a good selection and the bed was pretty comfortable but nothing special. The TV didn’t have any smart features (only standard broadcast channels) but the wifi was reliable. The location is very convenient only a short walk from leonrodplatz

Not very well maintained—cracked paint was the first thing I noticed in my room. There were stains on the sheets, which didn’t give a clean impression. Breakfast was good, with lots of options. However, I didn’t have a "Do Not Disturb" sign in my room, so I was very annoyed when the cleaning staff opened the door twice during my meetings. I mentioned this at checkout and was told that the signs are kept at the reception and I could have requested one. That seems like such a basic accommodation detail that should be provided in every room! So was a poor experience overall.
