I did not have a good experience. I had booked online but when I went later I saw that the hotel was very far from my family and friends. I wanted to check out after one night and they did not give me my money because I stayed one night and they charged me for three more nights and at the same time their reception was very rude. And the room was very dusty and even had a lot of mosquitoes. I did not have a good experience overall.

Bed was comfy, room and bathroom were spacious enough. The internet connection could be better/more stable; small cup for toothbrush would be convenient as well as more than one coat hanger. Walls seem to be a little thin, I heard my neighbour’s phone vibrate.

Room reasonably priced for Munich area. Very close to train station for ride to city center. Room was clean and laundry available downstairs. The only negatives were we expected at minimum a refrigerator, which there wasn’t one and AC did not work, which made room a little uncomfortably warm. Also, no counter top area in bathroom. But, it served its purpose and the good out weighed the negatives. Highly recommend Viva Pizzeria across the street.

Mein Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten in diesem Apartment-Hotel war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war modern, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Bett war sehr gemütlich und alles war super sauber! Einige hatten sich in ihren Bewertungen über den Lärm und die Parkplätze beschwert. Beides kann ich nicht bestätigen ! Ich hatte jeden Abend nach 21 Uhr einen Parkplatz und habe abends und morgens niemanden gehört. S Bahn Haltestelle 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit der S Bahn braucht man 30 Minuten bis zum Marienplatz. Lidl direkt neben an. Ich würde es weiter empfehlen und wieder kommen.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war durchwachsen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel sauber und in einem guten Zustand ist. Die Zimmer waren gepflegt, und auch die allgemeine Sauberkeit im Gebäude ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Allerdings ist das Hotel aus meiner Sicht nicht wirklich für Familien geeignet. Direkt um das Hotel herum gleicht der Boden einem großen Aschenbecher – überall liegen Zigarettenstummel, was besonders mit Kindern unangenehm ist. Zudem scheint es eher ein Hotel für Handwerker und Geschäftsreisende zu sein, was grundsätzlich in Ordnung ist, aber für Familien mit kleinen Kindern nicht unbedingt die beste Wahl darstellt. Als Mutter würde ich dieses Hotel daher nicht noch einmal mit meinen Kindern besuchen. Wer jedoch auf der Durchreise ist oder eine einfache, saubere Unterkunft für berufliche Zwecke sucht, wird hier sicher zufrieden sein.
