The room was clean and had a nice view to the garden. Supermarket out the front and free parking were handy. However, there were three main issues: the air conditioner regularly made a loud vibrating sound, the mattresses were uncomfortable (but good pillows). Most of all the breakfast on a hot day was a health hazard: the yoghurt in the pots was warm, the milk had gone off in the coffee machine, the chopped fruit were starting to ferment and there were swarms of fruit flies on the veg. We chose not to eat on our second morning. We hope improvements can be made to processes.

Vegans, stay away. I've requested for my friend and myself a couple of vegan options for breakfast like a vegan cheese or ham. Although they didn't promise to take care of it, they did respond that they will do their best which I took for a yes since they have a Lidl branch right next to them. As it turns out, neither my email not my reminding them at check in mattered. The cook who was solely responsible for the entire kitchen and restaurant that morning was not informed. Having seen the few options I was left with she tried to help and offered to me to cook dishes from the lunch menu (with the help of her daughter on the phone, as she didn't speak neither German nor English). Since that menu had no declaration of what's vegan and I couldn't explain to her that soups or other options may not be vegan because of animal ingredients such as chicken soup powder, I decided to pass and eventually found myself with only a few vegetables, fruits and oat milk. At no point was I notified that there is a problem or that the kitchen staff is unable to get those basic vegan additions we requested. Lousy, uncaring service that doesn't cater for vegan needs, even if communicated well in advance and more than once.

Für Durchreise super.

Ich war nur eine Nacht hier auf einer Geschäftsreise. Dafür war die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich hier allerdings nicht machen wollen. Das Hotel liegt weit außerhalb und ist selbst mit den Öffentlichen weit zur Innenstadt von München. Fürtstenfeldbruck liegt dafür sehr nahe und ist auch einen Besuch wert.
