"I will start with the positives. Location good, away from all the madness but close enough to enjoy it during the day. Overal hotel is modern & somewhat clean, staff efficient and friendly. Shower powerful Beds comfortable, wardrobe good size. Kitchen procided is good. Negatives: extremley small hotel, pool at the enterance, pool extremley cold- icey! There is no playground, it is 1 slide at the front gate next to a main road same area as pool. Very dangerous for kids. Balcony doors in our room, did not lock, along with a washer room door beside the kitchen, that let in a draft. There was mould from the air con vent and under the pull out bed was extremley dirty with vapes and other items underneath. Travel cot for baby was filthy and no additional matress provided. Just the hard padded mat that comes with it that was actually ripped and broke in half. Child ended up with bites on his legs. Had to use spare duvet as a matress base. Room was cleaned as scheduled however, bins were not removed, unnaceptable when it comes to bins being there more than 4 days, especially with baby diapers etc. In my opinion wasnt good value for money. It was an okay stay as i didnt let these things bother me and ruin our trip but i certainly wouldnt return. "

"Beautiful hotel located within a 5 minute walk of the beach front and the old town. The room was well laid out and spacious. Comfy bed and a good size balcony overlooking the pool. Gorgeous pool area with plenty of sun loungers available. Lovely cocktails served in the pool bar, roof top bar and restaurant. Breakfast was well made, well presented and good quality. Plenty of options available but my personal favourite was the omelette station. Overall a lovely stay and very reasonably priced. I would recommend to family and friends and will definitely stay again😊"

"Overall, great room, with great views of the beach. Loved how close we were to everything and having a balcony overlooking the water was amazing! The bathroom was great, loved the walk-in shower. The issues come with them only providing us with one small bottle of water between us, the duvet was dirty and there were stains on the wall. The bathroom door also didn't close properly so that wasn't great. Would definitely stay here again, but I think there are things that could be improved upon. Parking isn't far. You have to pay, but I expect that along the sea front, so the fact it's even offered was great. "

"Lovely stay at Hotel Deloix. Ideal for families. Tucked out of the way from the louder and busier parts of Benidorm. In the summer I would imagine it’s quite busy but we visited over Easter. Outdoor pools still very cold but gorgeous setting. Indoor pool was very welcome. It would be a good idea to take swimming hats as they are required for the indoor pool. This should be advertised more clearly before booking. The breakfast was ok. We tried the snack bar once and this was good. Bar staff were fab! The entertainment on the evening was mediocre but it was the start of the season and a tough audience to get a good atmosphere going. Gym was just ok. We were happy with resistance machines and free weights but it’s old snd tired. Rules suggest no children U14 however when I went 5 younger boys just messing about in there with no adult supervision. Padel courts were great and available whenever we did want to book them. Some nice restaurants close by and the hotel were great at booking us a taxi into old town. The rooms were a great size, four of us together, we had a balcony which was nice, would have been nicer to have had a room with the evening sunshine on the balcony. The housekeepers were efficient and we always came back to a very clean and made up room after breakfast and a game of padel, which was really lovely. Overall a lovely few days away, and we would definitely stay here again. "

"Reception were excellent at booking in and out. Clean room with excellent bed and bathroom Coffee machine was difficult to operate Breakfast although varied was not of a very good quality Bar area not inviting so not utilised. Swimming pool looked inviting with many loungers and chairs . "

"Stayed here as a group of nine fifty something males for a three night break. Great location about a five minute walk to the beach. Far enough away from the madness of the nighttime shenanigans of the town. Has three two bedroom apartments which were clean and well appointed. My only niggle was the cards that they supply would deactivate if you put them anywhere near your phone. I had to get it reactivated pretty much every time I returned to the accommodation. A small inconvenience and it wouldn’t stop me booking again. "

"Great hotel, not many young couples, average couples over 60 and families, very calm and relaxing"
