The atmosphere is difficult to understand as it seems to be directed at long-term residents and the expat community. The food at the buffet restaurant was exceptional. The pools were lovely and there was lots on offer such as the spa and watersports. We also enjoyed the trips we booked with the hotel car and our guide, Yudha, was superb at keeping us informed, polite, courteous and tailoring the day to what we wanted to see. Very good value for money too. We were so impressed with the reception staff, concierge Eka Dharma, who we were in touch with before we arrived to arrange bookings, restaurant staff and spa staff. Nothing was too much effort and they were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the hotel on every measure!"
