Staff attitude and cooperation was very poor, nee.

From check in to Check out most of the time hotel staff behaviour and attitudes were very bad. They are calling from reception on 1.30am and asking for girl, you require. such type many things are there which is related to a road side lounge.

I would definitely give a five star....

For the price we paid we think it was very good especially in Mira Road......The staff were very helpful and the food was delicious....There were at least 12 Europeans we saw who were having a great time in the hotel.

Needs more friendly/helpful staff!!

Hotel was a bit to greedy for money. Main desk staff were very unhelpful and could never agree on anything and would tell us very different prices and the person who quoted the lowest price would always retract what they said. At times the showers flood and on one occasion we had wet sheets put on our beds. Breakfast staff was lovely but felt too stressed and cautious of main desk staff to actually relax and feel like I wasn't getting completely ripped off!

first night , the Ac was broken and the employee did,t check it well and we had to sleep in very uncomfortable environment.Then After several days of our checking out ( with official receipt ) they harrassed us with international calls demanding more money.

Hotel ok - Lage na ja

Vorweg : Achtung es gibt zwei GCC Northside Hotels !!! Wir haben zunächst in den falschen eingescheckt, eher man darauf kam, dass wir in dem neueren Hotel untergebracht werden sollten. Das Schwimmbad befindet sich aber im alten Hotel, die ein Stück weiter liegt. Also hier schon mal eine Enttäuschung ! Wir hatten auch ein Zimmer mit drei Personen gebucht. Ich hatte auch direkt bei Expedia angerufen und nochmal nachgegefragt, ob es wirklich machbar wäre. Dort angekommen, wusste man von Nix. Dann stellte man uns eine Matratze in einem engen Doppelzimmer ! Ok, wir sind jung - und es hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Denn alles andere im Hotel stimmte.
