This is a wonderful little "boutique" hotel within a 5 minute walk to train station. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable with great linens! Unfortunately, I had a bad fall at train station .... the hotel staff were so kind, attentive and caring.....I can not say enough about how wonderful they were to me. Especially Catherine and Diana! The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Highly recommend!!!!

Only issue with the Berti was the lack of parking. Found on street parking but never secure with it. Bar and breakfast excellent. Mulhouse National Auto museum is wonderful. Charming city worth the visit to the Alsace.

We used Berti Hotel as a base to visit Xmas markets in the Alsace area, using local trains and buses. The hotel was ideal as only a short walk to the train station. We also enjoyed the time we spent wandering around Mulhouse. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, the decor was good and the room was was fine for our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a small problem with our room and we let the front desk know about as we went out for the day and the problem was resolved upon our return. We definitely stay again.

This was a lovely hotel near to the station and the centre and trams. It was very nicely renovated to a high standard, good rooms and bar. The best thing was the friendly staff who went out of their way to make us welcome. Highly recommended

Great location for old city Mulhouse

Great location on the edge of the old city and an easy walk from the main train station. Hotel is in a charming old building. Service was excellent - friendly and helpful, for example storing luggage both coming and leaving. We did not try their restaurant.
