Convenient location. Great staff. Disappointed with powdered milk used in coffee machines. Even the scrambled eggs tasted like they were not real, not very tasty. Nice assortment breads, meats, cheeses at bfast.

Lovely hotel in a great location for visiting Colmar. We visited with our 1 year old and dog and had a smooth stay. The rooms were quite warm with the aircon setting not going below 20 but everything else was spot on.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very close to the town center, La Petite Venise (Little Venice), and the shopping areas by walking. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the aircon not working in our assigned room and the Duty Manager arranged another room for us. Will definitely choose this hotel again and will recommend to our friends when they visit Colmar.
