"Absolutely filthy. Had to leave for our own health. Pictures on website very deceiving as hotel very dirty and dusty. No toilet roll in bathroom. Towels were very and torn. We were overcharged at the bar and the restaurant food was appalling. No effort out in by hotel management. We had to go to the loss of the 2 night stay as we left and went to Radisson Blu. Would need a refund as we were completely ripped off"

"We did not check in and due to timezone difference forgot to cancel the booking and after speaking to property owner he denied to return the money…I was not asking full refund just requested him for 1 day return for one room… but he denied very rude."
