Very Big minus points : very VERY noisy, we can hear the next door guys caughing :( so then anything else they do, laugh, speak on the phone, right into your room, makes it very very hard to sleep. "Take a step back in history. The hotel and its ambience makes you feel like a victorian explorer. The team from front of house through to the excellent guys at the 1911 bar were welcoming and efficient. Glad I made the decision to stay here"
