"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The room was extremely clean, well maintained, and very comfortable throughout my stay. Everything was arranged perfectly, and the housekeeping standards were excellent. It made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment I entered the room. The hotel staff were incredibly kind, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Their supportive attitude and warm hospitality made the stay even more special. Whenever I needed assistance or had any questions, the team responded quickly and professionally. It is clear that customer satisfaction is very important to them. The breakfast was also one of the highlights of my stay. There was a good variety of delicious food, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The dining staff were attentive, friendly, and maintained the restaurant area very nicely. "What an absolute steal this hotel is! Located within a large shopping mall just outside Nagasaki station and across the road from the Express Bus station for the airport. As a solo traveller I opted for a small double room (15sqm) but it was very comfortable and had all the usual amenities like a fridge and kettle etc. A lot of key sites in Nagasaki are around 30mins walk away which was convenient. I would highly recommend staying here if you have limited time in Nagasaki and want to be located near all the transport links. Staff were helpful and friendly."

"A good place to stay, excellent location for Chinatown and some of the churches and port Good, helpful staff, basic room but good for what we needed. When it rained we could use the laundry. Only thing, I booked as we had a rental car, a keicar, but the height was only 155m for the car park which I didn't realise so had to find parking elsewhere. Car park opposite was fine but be aware of that if you have a car."

"Great location - close to the main shopping arcade. Rooms were clean and decent size. Staff were great. The public onsen was nice but smaller for the size of the hotel. Unfortunately, due to the lack of consideration for other guests from parents, there was an intolerable amount of noisy children who were treating the onsen as a swimming pool. "
