"We loved the Shanghai-La! The staff was wonderful, the rooms are clean and large , great location - a few minutes walk to the Esplanade!"

"Very tired but clean room. The view was excellent and the size of the room was good. Breakfast was quite basic but tasty. I approached a staff member during breakfast for a couple of extra serviettes and her response was " well you could have gotten them from over there" as she pointed to the desk at the entrance to the restaurant. To be fair I had searched everywhere else prior to asking. I advised her I would certainly do as she suggested and got them myself. She did then approach me later with some extra serviettes but to be honest I was pretty disgusted at her attitude. Both check in and check out was very quick and easy and the staff at the front desk polite and efficient."

"Great for kids, clean, basic necessities included. Staff very friendly. Overall a great stay. Only downside was wifi wasn’t great and I didn’t have very good phone reception, might have just been our spot in the park. "

"The apartment was fantastic. Heaps of room and had everything we needed and more. The facilites especially the pool was awesome. Good location. Highly recommend from the check in to the communication we couldnt fault it. Will definitely book them again"
