Think some of the reviews are a bit harsh, it may not be the most luxurious 5 star in the world but it’s certainly an upgrade from a 4 star. We’d stay again. "
"This was one of the best properties that I have stayed at. Pool was lovely, clean tidy apartment really well maintained and operated property. Helpful reception team. Room was comfortable, clean, well set up. Parking was easy and secure under the building. Right in the centre of town walking distance to all amenities and the beach. My only tiny negative was the road noise. Port Douglas is a great place to stay and this property is a great place to have a relaxing holiday."
"Amazing location and staff. Rooms are bit hot and miss as some rooms need refurbishing asap. Thomas the manager was super helpful and displayed great customer service. I travelled with my 5 year old daughter who loved the swim out pool."
"Best trip and hotel in the world! The employees are kind and super accommodating. Don’t need to worry about anything they are organised e.g. they booked a shuttle for me and I didn’t even provide any details and they came into the airport to find me. Food is amazing at Alucco and room service was amazing too! We will be staying here again very soon! "
"Inconvenient neighbours spoilt the experience though. They ran a dryer very late at night a few times and cooked in their room causing the alarm amd evacuation alert to wake me and force me out of the appartment in my pajamas. No damage was done apparently so back inside soon, but then wide awake and couldn't get back to sleep! "
