"We had to stay here last min because of highway 99 close due to accident. Staffs had handle check in with smiles although influx of calls. "

"The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...

"We used to stay in loft previously, and it was great! The studio was a different experience. I wish I knew the guests are supposed to clean the bathroom every time after taking shower. Otherwise, the entire floor will be a solid puddle. The room has a very strange and inconvenient layout: for some reason, there's no closet, although there is a tiny hanger in the back. In fact, the space could have been used much more effectively. And then there's the "book an early check-in, but we can't...

"The fifth time I’ve stayed here, and will probably only stay here from now on. Staff were amazing, amenities were great, rooms were homey and comfortable and it’s pet friendly! During the ski in/ski out season I ABSOLUTELY LOVE staying here! "

"What a hotel. The views are amazing, the staff is great. And if you are skiing you are in the middle of all the action."

"Location is amazing, it is right across the bus stop and everything else like bars, restaurants, lifts are walking distance. Front desk was very friendly and helpful, check in and check out were seamless. The hotel has space to leave your bags after check out (for an additional cost) which is super convenient if you're planning on catching the bus later. The room was very clean and big, I had a balcony with the view of the village, super cute. I will definitely be returning! "
