"Wish the pool was open later and wish the rooms had bigger coffee cups and wine glasses. Also wish they put an actual fitted sheet on the bed not just a loose sheet over it but otherwise great!"

"My stay here wasn’t great. One of the blinds were broken over my balcony door. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly. There were a bunch of flies in my room. Honestly was not what I was expecting out of a hotel."

"The staff were super friendly and helpful, the bed in the suite was one of the beat sleeps I've had. Toiletries were really lovley crab tree and evelyn brand. Classic series Nespresso machine in fully stocked kitchen. Would definately stay again. Brrakfast buffet was delicious and well stocked. If your a grnola lover the granola and fruit buffett was a dream."

"Rooms are beautiful with amazing amenities. Staff are all very kind and welcoming. Restaurants are very good. Amazing service. Pool /hot tub area is noisy (screaming kids). Children are great but an adult area would be lovely for those of us wishing for a quieter environment. Lots of flies : deck and loungers may need a power wash with solution."

"Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The location is right in the village so very handy for getting around, but the pub below was extremely loud even though we were on the “quiet, mountain side” of the hotel. One night the dance music and bass was so loud it was vibrating the room and felt like there was a nightclub on the other side of the wall! Overall the hotel felt more like a ski/mountain bike hostel and was pretty old, rough and lacking in maintenance. This would be perfectly fine if...

"Air conditioner very loud. Bathroom fan doesn’t shut off. Difficult entry into the pool ,parking and room with long entry numbers. Property very clean."
