"This was exactly what we needed on our drive up to Acadia National Park. A clean, non-expensive hotel room to stay the night. We got delayed on our trip and the office left instructions on how to get the keys and get into our rooms, including a well drawn map. I'm taking off 1 star simply b/c there were only 2 towels in each room even though the reservation had 4 people in each room. I'm sure Hotels put 2 towels in each room as they turn them over, but it's a pet peeve of mine that someone...

"Excellent location, clean, delightful room - nothing fancy and good value for price. Lots of goodies in the kitchen to make snacks. Getting checked in was a little confusing as there is no staff there and I hadn’t received instructions - I had to call twice for instructions, first to get a room number, then again to get the lock combination. But once in everything was fine."
