"Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Grandkids loved the pool especially our 8 year old granddaughter. She would have stayed in all day if she could playing with the blow up round tubes."

"Room was good, bath tub faucet dripped. Hot water in shower was not as hot as the bathroom sink, which was disappointing. Facility itself was clean and pool was clean with comfortable chairs at poolside. Breakfast was a disappointment, (this trip was our second time staying at the facility), back in October breakfast included Sausage and Eggs. This trip those were omitted from the breakfast menu.😔 At this time, not sure there will be a third stay at the facility. "

"10/10 breakfast experience. Variety every day. Super fresh. Felt like I was eating at a nice diner every morning. 10/10 customer service. From the front desk staff, to the maintenance staff, to the kitchen staff, I just felt welcomed. 10/10 on the cleanliness of the hotel. It looked and smelled clean everywhere we went. Will definitely recommend to someone else if they are visiting Orange Beach."

"While the staff was very friendly and even helped us check in an hour early, the hotel itself was definitely in need of repairs. Our room had old, moldy molding that was falling apart, and there was mold in the bathroom near the shower. The bed squeaked loudly every time we moved, after a while, we just started laughing about how noisy it was. The proximity to the beach was great, and there were lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. You definitely get what you pay for here. If you’re looking for a low-cost, no-frills place and don’t mind a little mold, this may work for you. I do want to say again that the staff was very friendly and accommodating."
