"This property needs serious updating from the rooms to dining experience . The major benefit to this hotel is the location . We were very disappointed in the dining and lack of quality options for a hotel this size . You could tell there was a staffing shortage with the long wait to get our bill . The food option was minimal and the quality of what was ordered was to be desired . The rooms although spacious was outdated. Our rooms had mold on the shower curtains, cracks in the bathroom walls...

"Upon arrival there was no one at the desk to check us in for at least 3-4 minutes. My husband had to whistle to get someone to come out of the office, which was located right behind the desk to help us and there was no apology for making us wait. "Upgraded my Room to the Villas and I Highly recommend, it was an amazing Experience! The staff was Great, we had a personal concierge and they took really good care of us. There was so many options of things to do or have catered to you! It was a Great Experience I’d recommend to anyone! "

"Beautiful view of the ocean. Huge floor-to-ceiling windows. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was beautifully designed, however there were a few problems. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained very slowly. The bathtub wasn’t clean. We were only there for one night, so didn’t use the pool. We could see it from our window and the kids and parents were having a great time."

"Room was not as advertised. There were several bugs, including cockroaches in our room and the room our friend stayed in. Breakfast was mediocre and I found a hair in my oatmeal on day one. Pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was broken which was not communicated until we arrived. The staff was mediocre as well. I asked for a pack and play for our baby thinking they would bring it to our room but instead I had to lug it up with pillows and blankets as well. Nobody was going out of their way...

"We normally love this hotel for the close access to the beach, water view, breakfast, close proximity to restaurants and shopping and their helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately when we arrived this time they were undergoing an extensive renovation. Nothing wrong with fixing a place up, but there was no mention of this on their website or when we made our reservation. Our room was great and had comfortable beds and bedding, some new furniture, etc. We were sent next door to their sister...

"We opened our room once we checked in and found two dead roaches on the floor and a large stain in the carpet, the staff was nice and gave us another room as requested. Second room had no coffee and toilet seat was very loose. I had stayed in a lot of holiday inns and I hate to safe this was the worst experience over all. Staff was nice "

"The room was clean but small and out dated. I knew what we were getting into (I read other reviews). The price was good and the staff was friendly. We did feel safe but the place was a little run down. We left our car there for a week when we went on a cruise and it was just fine when we got back. The only real problem was someones car alarm going off all night long. Could hardly get any sleep. But that is not the hotles fault. "
