"Elevator should not require the use of your keycard when going down to the lobby.
Bed tucked against the wall makes it difficult for the sleeper against the window to get off the bed without disturbing the other.
IPad should have internet access to look up local restaurants, etc. Why limit the technology to lights, curtains and tv? IPad needs a case for easy handling and safety.
Shower door is too close to sink making it difficult for 2 people to get ready at yge same time. Luggage area is supposed to be put in the drawer under bed? What if you have 2 guests? Cramped rooms for 2 guests. Also, toilet is the shower as well. No privacy if someone needs to shower while someone is sitting on the toilet!? I'd attach photos however this survey limits the size of the photo?"

"Perfect hotel. Probably the best we have stayed in staff are very nice and go out their way to make sure you use full access of the hotel. Room was spotless and spacious pool bar and resteraunt all perfect. Also great transport from Disneyland with free shuttles very regularly and only 15 mins from it "

"I rate the stay poor, simply because the rooms AC was not functional, the room smelted musty and was not properly cleaned or maintained. The breakfast was really poor.
However the staff were excellent and super friendly and helpful. Especially the shuttle was very convenient."

"My go to hotel at the airport. It’s extremely convenient and affordable. Has all amenities, restaurants, bar, sitting areas, even a carefour right outside. Clean and a friendly staff. "

Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel

"Had an issue when we arrived as we had a sick child amd once we got to the room the AC was not working, the room was incredibly stuffy and would not cool below 78 degrees F, after 4 hrs of calling and going to the front desk multiple times, they simply said there is nothing they could do about it except offer us a fan, which we took but they never even came to the room to check it out as they said "maintence was done from a remote area" nor did they offer tk move us to a room with working AC. Our family members had the room right next to us and the AC worked great, unfortunately for us however it made for a miserable stay especially wirh a sick child."

"My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable and exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Housekeeping clearly pays attention to detail, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained.
The staff were one of the highlights of my experience. They were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was at reception or during service, they made me feel valued as a guest.
Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to suit different tastes. Everything was fresh, and the dining area was clean and pleasant. I also had a chance to visit the bar, which had a nice atmosphere—perfect for unwinding in the evening.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service."

"During my stay at the lodge, my experience was initially normal and comfortable. However, that changed significantly after a serious incident involving hotel staff.
While I was asleep in my room, I was awakened to find my door open and two Disney employees attempting to bypass the door latch using a “Do Not Disturb” sign. When I confronted them, they claimed they were trying to enter to clean the room. This explanation did not align with the situation, as I was clearly inside and had not requested service.
I reported the incident to management, who acknowledged the severity of what occurred and expressed concern. As a resolution, I was offered a complimentary breakfast, i was not seeking any sort of compensation.
The following morning, when attempting to use the breakfast that had been offered after the attempted break in, I encountered further issues. After speaking with two managers who confirmed I was approved as it seemed they did not accredit the breakfast correctly to my room, I was then stopped by the restaurant manager, who stated he did not believe me and accused me of lying and stated i could pay or leave.
Following these incidents, I no longer felt safe or respected as a guest. Given the cost of the stay, I expected a basic standard of security and professionalism. Instead, I was left feeling uneasy in my own room and concerned about the safety of my belongings and my own personal safety, as well as the possibility of further unauthorized entry attempts."
