"We stayed at this hotel and paid a lot for a room only to find that it was infested with bugs and unclean. The toiletries were not stocked enough for a double room and the tissues were empty as well. We asked the staff for a different room because of the bug infestation but they said there was nothing they could do and didn't even offer a refund. Very disappointed in this place after experiencing one night here and would never come here again. Disgusting and money hungry are the only words I can...

"We had never visited Ouray and were looking forward to it. We booked our room and when we arrived to check in, the staff pointed to a Kiosk right there in the lobby to check ourselves in. After doing so, we were told our room was 'across the street' on the back side of their second building .
