"Nice modern hotel , literally down the road from the platform of the train station. Staff was nice and helpful. The only issue was that you hear the train from the room once in a while. I was on the second floor, perhaps higher up or on the opposite side of the hotel would be better. I still recommend this hotel as its very nice and close by to alot of things."

"You just can’t beat the location of this hotel. Montreux is breathtaking and having the ability to walk out of my room, take an elevator down, walk out the doors and immediately be met with Lake Geneva is absolutely magic. The staff here were so incredibly kind, professional and helpful! Any time I walked by the desk leaving or coming back, I was greeted with a “bonjour” and a smile. I had the panoramic room with my balcony facing the lake and was able to get views of both the city as well as the alps. Every morning I woke up, I felt like I was in a green screen. Just stunning! Housekeeping always came nice and early so everything was turned down by the time I got back after my daily explorations and the room was spotless. The rooftop hot tub and the sauna were also great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"Our check-in was fast & the view from our room was great! Cristina assisted us & even took the time to help us with contacting our taxi driver when we lost our passports. Fortunately, the driver came back to the hotel & returned it to us. Thanks again to Cristina, she really showed concern and did everything possible to help!"

"Great place, Just far enough outside of the center. One of the most beautiful one mile walks anywhere gets you to town. OR, take the free bus that stops right in front of the hotel. Make sure to check your notifications and messages in the hotels.com app a few days before arrival for your free travel pass. Accessing the pass before checking in to the hotel is great if you arrive by train and want door to door service, via the local bus. Again though, if you can arrive by foot via the path along the lake, do it. The hotel breakfast was a perfect way to start our Saturday. Ate early and then took the free bus to Vevey for the Saturday morning market. Amazing. We did not have time to check out the hotel restaurant, but it was slammed for dinner service. If we had more time, we would have definitely tried that out. Overall, a great experience. The views out of our room were unreal. Cool swing by the lake was fun too."

"Centrally located. Nice and professional staff. Good price. Exceedingly clean. Close to the Metro stop. Kinda perfect. We ate great Lebanese, Vietnamese, and traditional Swiss food all within five minutes of this hotel. Very cool area of town. Make sure to check your messages and notifications in the hotels.com app a few days before check in for your free Lausanne travel pass. We didn’t realize we had the pass in our phone when we arrived in Lausanne, and took an Uber from the port to the hotel. No big deal, but we could have just jumped the Metro for free if we had realized we had already received the pass."

"It would be nice to have a bigger fridge. There was no coffee maker and not enough garbage cans. (They were tiny). The steam room was not working and the pool gone. (Under renovation). The restaurant had limited selection and no late night options. The room was good but we were next to elevator. The hair dryer plug doesn’t fit in socket and the sink didn’t drain."
