"We were assigned a room where elevator doesn’t reach by the terrace. No one told us during check in or were we asked if it was okay, given we had to carry our suitcases via stairs. Cabinet was scratched and door was coming off. Upon complaining, no action was taken apart from “oh sorry, we will note ..."

"The hotel was clean and rooms more spacious than I expected. Our deluxe queen even had a small kitchen with stove, sink, fridge, microwave and dish ware to use. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and shopping too. I would stay there again."
