"The staff were super helpful and welcoming, at both the reception and the restaurant. Air conditioning in the rooms worked great and the rooftop pool was great for cooling down in the summer. Only small problems were the elevators would only go down from my floor as the call buttons weren't working, and the coffee machines were broken at breakfast. Would definitely stay here again though."

"Excellent location and service. From the minute I arrived till when I left the staff was attentive, helpful. The property is clean and a proximity of the beautiful place de la comedie. "Incroyable rapport qualité-prix ! Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueillie sans attente par un jeune homme souriant, efficace et pro. Ma chambre était impeccablement propre, récente, bien pensée, avec de vrais petits plus comme un sèche-cheveux neuf et puissant (ça mérite d’être souligné !). Le vrai coup de cœur ? "The staff was kind and caring, front desk to housekeeping. We are English speaking and they are mostly French speaking but brought all their English to the table to welcome us, answer questions and help us learn to get around in Montpellier. Highly recommend this quaint and comfortable hotel."
