"The outside and inside are filthy. Smelled of smoke, dirty floor when we came in with someone's old hair tye still on it and tons of dirt, human scab in the bed, stains rips and cigarette burn holes in the sheets and blankets and pillow cases, mattresses extremely stained, stained towels, roaches in the hairdryer and light fixtures, broken curtains, broken bathroom door, the back of the toilet was broken and they spackled it together, a wall outlet was completely ripped out with the cord hanging out, bent/broken bathroom curtain so it wouldn't actually close and the shower curtain was stained, hair still all over the shower floor, smoke detector was removed from the wall, burn from an incense right on the ceiling fan with the stick still stuck in it, the AC was ancient and blows luke warm air, the chairs had stains and rips, had to go buy cleaning supplies and new blankets and pillow cases just to even be able to stand staying in there, the pool was not open and covered in trash and leaves, there was trash left out on the balcony and old not working appliances, there was no microwave in the room and the TV had a white line through it, the morning we left I found a baby roach alive this time and that was it we left immediately. DISGUSTING!! And the quality of ppl that look like they love there or whatever make you feel extremely uneasy and stare you down. The chain on the door was bent and almost broken off. I took so many pictures of it all but it only allows me to add 8."

"The front desk attendant didn’t give me the warm welcome that other guest seemed to get. She was joking with the guest before me ( even mentioning she liked to make people laugh) but as I walked up the smile disappeared and she was all business. I had sit and wait for a room to become available so I was able to watch others check in. While sitting, I watched two guest check in and was given this ‘welcome to our property so glad to have you’ speech as they were offered two bottles of water. She then called me back up and handed me the rooms keys with very few words spoken. During the morning of check out, I was heading back to my room and caught the elevator just before it shut. As I approached it had two housekeepers already on. The man literally sighed/huffed, obviously annoyed that I wanted to get on. I chose to wait rather than ride to the 4th floor with him. These two experiences did leave me feeling as though I did not belong. It’s troubling when you pay for something and don’t get the same respect as others. On a friendlier note the gentleman working breakfast was very polite and efficient. He also gave us a heads up when he was on the last batch of food. When traveling with teenagers breakfast is a must. "

Although the carpet, flooring, bed and fixtures were updates, the walls, light switches, thermostat and inside of bathroom door were dirty and disgusting Wallpaper was peeling in common areas The mattress had blood on the side that was not covered by the very wrinkled bed ruffle People stayed in the parking garage smoking pot and the smell filled the garage and elevator and halls and entered the room through the vents Poor management of a renovated property Breakfast staff was attentive and helpful "
