"Very friendly and accomodating staff. They recommended a great place for dinner, provided us an electrical adaptor for our room as well as an iron and ironing board. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The surrounding area was a little questionable, however we felt safe as there was almost always a good police presence. The hotel location was very convenient as we could walk to lots of great places to eat as well as things to see. Breakfast was delicious with lots of great choices. We would recommend this hotel. "

"Nice property right on La Ramblas. Great location. Jose on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. You can here some noise from the street but your right on Las Ramblas with a lot of people so you can expect that. Overall it was a nice place to stay."

"I didn’t like the property. Although the location seemed convenient, the drug activity in front of the building at night made the area feel unsafe and unwelcoming. On top of that, I felt the property was overpriced for the overall environment and experience."

"excellent location. Clean rooms. Friendly helpful staff for the most part. Super fun rooftop bar with view of the cathedral . However, the one really big problem was the Sewer Smell in the lobby. Also, a few times it was terrible in the hall to our room and a few times briefly smelled up the room. When mentioned to the staff, they ALL acted like we were crazy and there was NO such stink. I dont think the staff was allowed to confirm the stink...or even talk about it. Breakfast was Great. Would probably not stay there again even through it could be a super great hotel without the stink."
