The security would not let me in at the gate because I could not give her a room number I was staying, even though I showed her my reservation. I waited 40 mins for the manager to arrive before I cloud enter my room. Poor service

First on foremost, I could not get the TV to work. Secondly, there is a hole in the wall next to the air condition inside the bathroom there was mole in the ceiling. It definitely needed a paint Work, the stove in the kitchen. I did not use it because that stove needed a new one. Cabinet doors is coming off the inches and I can go on and on and on in the living room not working.

The apartment was not cleaned prior to my arrival. There was no one present to greet me, no one knew I was arriving. The refrigerator was held together by duct tape. There was no AC in the living room area. The security guard was rude.

That’s the only hotel me and my family stayed at since my daughter was s little girl. So when I went there this time around the place was in a very poor condition the bed was dirty roaches was crawling in there the toilet was dirty. I gave back the keys and left

NOT WORTH IT! Not vacation worthy at all!

Dirty apartment. No hot water and air conditioner didn’t work. Television service was awful. No onsite management or customer service. Pool was filthy. Building smelled awful and elevator went out of service. Poor customer service and terrible experience overall. Only good thing about this property is it’s location.

Awful place - avoid like the plague.

Awful place. when you get there you need to know what apartment you are renting so the front desk know who to call to let you into the room. they didnt know so i spent 30 minutes waiting while they got me a key. Room was awful - ants, roaches, see through curtains (on the ground floor) internet and tv would not work, AC unit too small to keep the room cool and the furniture is old, musty and just dirty overall. For $170 it was a rip off.

DO NOT RENT!!!! broken shower head you have to hold it in your hand-hand held, tv does not work, poor wifi, shower clogged entire stay over flow on floor at times. general manager and front desk staff unhelpful and very disrespectful- said turtle towers does not own apartments it only manages the rooms, refused to resolve issues and didn't give name of apt owners whom to contact. dirty pool and poor service and accommodation overall. Closet stored garbage. LOCK ON REFRIDGE DOOR??? property does not meet tourist overseas rental standard. this apartment faces the parking lot only. no microwave, kettle or kitchen bin. very poor amenities overall. toilet sounded like it was backing up from next door usage. horrible, experience

Absolutely nothing this place was horrible broken shower no TV because they didn't pay their bio roaches everywhere dead roaches everywhere no I'm toiletries at all we had to go and buy our own toilet paper I ax for upgrade no one ever got back with me I called for the cleaning of the Rome I didn't get clean until the 4th day that I stayed the air then after the 4th day we were still for 6 days and still deny get them wrong clean I found leave left the hotel and acts you all for return and they denied me so this was a very horrible experience
