"Only a block away from Marble Arch and easy access to underground, transport and plenty of shops especially a stones throw from Selfridges, hyde Park, etc ...very central and highly recommend. The staff were very accommodating and helpful to our needs such as phoning for the taxis and letting us bring a guest in to have breakfast only with us (we paid for it) as we had a reunion the previous night. Thankyou for making our stay in London memorable. "

"Beautiful hotel, unbeatable location, and truly wonderful staff. The building itself is stunning — elegant architecture, beautifully maintained, and full of character. The location couldn’t be better: just steps from the Tube and a short stroll to Covent Garden Market, with endless food, shops, and people-watching opportunities right at your doorstep. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Yes, London rooms tend to be on the cozier side, but there was more than enough space to move around without performing suitcase gymnastics. Despite being on a busy street, we heard absolutely no outside noise — which felt like a small miracle in central London. We could occasionally hear the adjacent room through the (locked) adjoining door, but since we spent most of our days out exploring and crashed into bed happily exhausted at night, it was hardly an issue. Breakfast was exceptional — a wide variety of options and a team that made mornings feel genuinely welcoming (not always easy before coffee!). I was celebrating my birthday, and Jean Claude at reception went above and beyond to make it extra special with a thoughtful treat waiting in our room. That kind of personal touch makes all the difference. We would absolutely stay here again when we return — which, after this trip, will hopefully be very soon."

"Extra bit of class. Throughout the experience it felt like the employees and the hotel just made that extra bit of effort. Short walk to Marble Arch but down a quiet road (literally opposite) which made it feel like you were not close to the hustle and bustle."
