Wonderful safari with great people

Wonderful place with a great mission. Passionate and kind team who go out of their way at every step to make your stay enjoyable and meaningful. The accommodation is very comfortable. The food is excellent. The game drives are thoughtful and eye-opening. This is a beautiful place to experience the incredible nature of Africa and the wildlife for which is it so rightly famous. Special thanks to Manager Pauline for her great energy and kindness. To Nugent who leads the service team with charm and humour. And to Terrence who is uniquely witty, entertaining and informative as he takes you on the incredible game drives.

A Truly Unforgettable Safari Experience

Our stay at Mont Eco Game Reserve was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. A special thanks to Pauline, Terrence, and Nugent, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a truly memorable experience. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. The game drives were absolutely extraordinary. We were fortunate to see a wide range of wildlife, and our guide, Terrence, was fantastic at explaining the surroundings and making sure we didn’t miss a thing. His knowledge and enthusiasm added so much value to the experience, making every drive an adventure of its own. The accommodation was equally impressive. The house we stayed in was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after long days of exploring the reserve. It was evident that the staff put in extra effort to create a welcoming and comfortable environment. Overall, Mont Eco Game Reserve exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for an authentic and breathtaking safari experience near Cape Town, this is the place to go. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to return!

Mont Eco Game Resort is wonderful. From the moment we arrived, to be greeted by African drummers to the moment we left, we were spoiled. The individual lodges are fabulous, with large comfortable rooms. Our guide was brilliant, getting us as close as possible to the animals and explaining everything with great humour. All the meals were included in the price and the food was excellent.
