"Our room was spectacular - large and with 2 bathrooms! Breakfast was included and had lots of options. The hotel is a luxurious property, very quiet, and downtown Aix is close by and very walkable. A highlight was the large swimming pool and its associated hot-tub. Villa Saint Ange was one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed at!"

"Absolute gem of a hotel!! We had the top floor of this boutique hotel right in the centre of town. Museums, shops, restaurants on your doorstep. The team there couldn’t have been lovelier. The room is a maisonette with a view of the gardens below. Charming!! We would highly recommend. We arrived late at 10:30 so make sure u get the code to get in the door as there is no reception that late. Also a very convenient carpark we used across the street for 2 days only €20/day! "

"I stayed at the hotel for 8 days as I used Aix en Provence as a base to explore the city and the Luberon. I believe the hotel provided good value and the on line photos are accurate. I appreciated that the water pressure in the shower was good and the hot water was plentiful. The AC worked well. The front desk staff was helpful and spoke good English. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, although it was the same every day.. The indoor dining room was a bit claustrophobic, however the outdoor dining...

"Wonderful stay here during a hot, Cezanne-busy August. Perfect location amidst the charm of Aix - and walkable to everything - the musée Granet is seconds away! And then shops, markets, restaurants, galleries. The old charm is exquisite. The owner and team are too lovely. I felt so at home. So happy to have found this spot. Very good quality / cost "
